Emily Procter

 

Emily Mallory Procter (born October 8, 1968) is an American actress and activist. She was Ainsley Hayes's character in The West Wing, a NBC political drama (2000-2002 (2006)), and Det. Calleigh Duquesne in the lead character in a CBS police procedural show called CSI: Miami (2002–2012).



 



 Early life



 Procter was born on October 8, 1968. She was adopted at the age of a baby by William Procter, a general practitioner, as well as Barbara Jones, a volunteer worker. She was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was 3 years old when her parents divorced. Whit her older brother, is also adopted.



 



 Ravenscroft School, Raleigh was Procter's school. Procter was a student at East Carolina University and was part of the student body Alpha Delta Pi. She was a television anchor for the WNCT-TV in Greenville, North Carolina. After graduating, she earned degrees in journalism, and dance.

She is an American television presenter actress, producer, and presenter.    Childhood and early life  Paffrath was born in St. Louis on July 22, 1983 , to Mark Paffrath and Mary Paffrath.
